SOUTHERN STARR COLLECTOR DATABASE

Your collection. Organized. Connected. Ready for more.

Keep your sports cards, TCG cards, raw singles, and graded cards together in one Southern Starr collection. Store the details and images that matter, then use that collection as the starting point for other SSC services.

ONE COLLECTION HUB

What the Collector Database does

The Collector Database is more than a list of cards. It gives each collectible a record that can stay connected as the card moves through the Southern Starr platform.

01

Build Your Collection

Add sports cards, Pokémon and other TCG cards, raw singles, graded cards, comics, and other collectibles. Save images, year, Maker, optional Set, card number, subject, variation, grade, certification, quantity, and notes.

02

SSC VERIFIED + ECC Graded Cards

SSC-graded cards can be tied directly to their SSC certification record. The SSC VERIFIED designation identifies a collection record that came from or is linked to the SSC grading system. ECC graded cards are also welcome in Collector without consuming the member's normal storage allowance and are identified separately as ECC GRADED.

03

Move a Card to Marketplace

Eligible collection cards can be prepared for the SSC Marketplace without entering the same card information again. The collection remains the source record while the card is offered for sale.

04

Connect Raw Cards to Grading

The Collector Database is designed to connect raw and non-graded singles to SSC Grading so the card information already stored in your collection can follow the card into a grading order.

WHY USE IT

Enter the information once

For raw cards

Keep the identifying information and card images together before grading or selling. As SSC integrations expand, that same record can feed the next workflow instead of starting over.

For graded cards

Keep the grade, certification number, verification link, and slab images attached to the collection record so the card remains easy to identify later.

START WITH YOUR COLLECTION

Build the collection first. Decide what to do with each card later.

Free and membership collection limits, Marketplace listing allowances, and included grading benefits can be shown here as SSC membership plans are finalized.
