This policy describes information Southern Starr may process when you use SSC Services.
Information collected
SSC may process account and contact information, shipping information, collection and card information, images you upload, order and grading records, subscription status, transaction references, security logs, and technical information needed to operate and secure the service.
Payments
Payment and recurring-subscription processing is performed through payment providers such as Square. SSC should not store full payment-card numbers in its own account database when payment is handled by the provider.
How information is used
Information is used to provide accounts, collections, grading, orders, subscriptions and support; prevent abuse; maintain records; improve services; and comply with applicable obligations.
Sharing
Information may be shared with service providers when necessary to provide requested services, such as payment, hosting, email, and shipping functions. SSC does not grant unrelated third parties access to account information merely for their own use.
Retention and security
Records may be retained for operational, security, accounting, dispute, and legal purposes. SSC uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

You may update account information through available account tools and may contact SSC regarding privacy questions or applicable requests concerning your information.
