Copyright & DMCA Policy

Effective version: August 23, 2026.

Users may upload only images and content they own or are authorized to use. SSC may remove or restrict content that is reported as infringing and may take appropriate action concerning repeat infringement.

Copyright notices

A notice should identify the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material and its location, the reporting party’s contact information, a good-faith statement, an accuracy and authority statement made under penalty of perjury, and a physical or electronic signature.

Designated agent

Before public launch, replace this paragraph with SSC’s registered DMCA designated-agent name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address, and ensure the same information is registered and kept current with the U.S. Copyright Office.

Counter-notices

A user whose content was removed may submit a legally sufficient counter-notice. SSC may restore material as permitted by applicable law unless the claimant timely reports filing an action seeking a court order.
