Collector Membership Terms

Collector Plus and Collector Pro are paid recurring memberships. The price and billing interval shown at checkout control your subscription.
Automatic renewal
Paid memberships automatically renew on the selected monthly or yearly schedule and the payment method associated with the subscription is charged until the membership is canceled.
Cancellation
You may request cancellation through available SSC account controls. Cancellation stops future renewals and ordinarily takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Access already paid for may continue through that period unless otherwise stated.
Monthly free grading benefit
Collector Plus includes up to 3 free SSC card grades per month. Collector Pro includes up to 5 free SSC card grades per month. Collector Free includes no monthly free grades.
Unused grading credits expire at the monthly reset, do not roll over, do not accumulate, have no cash value, and are not transferable. Yearly subscribers receive the same monthly allowance each month; yearly payment does not provide the entire year’s grading credits in advance.
Credits are reserved when a qualifying grading order is submitted. Cards beyond the available allowance are charged at the applicable grading price. Attempts to create multiple orders to exceed the monthly allowance are not permitted. Approved cancellations or refunds may restore a credit only under SSC’s recorded reversal procedures.
Tier features
Collection limits and features depend on the active membership tier. Collector Free may have up to 25 active SSC Exchange listings at one time. When a listing sells or ends, that active slot becomes available again. The benefit is subject to the SSC Exchange Terms. Paid-tier Marketplace benefits follow the current published tier comparison.
Price changes
SSC may change membership pricing for future subscriptions or renewals as permitted by applicable law and with any notice required by law. Existing Square subscription pricing is handled according to the subscription terms presented to the customer and the payment provider’s supported plan behavior.
