Marketplace Seller Policy
Version 1.0 — Marketplace Beta
Sellers must own or have lawful authority to sell every item listed and must accurately describe the exact item offered.
Sellers may end a sale while keeping the underlying item in their Collector Database collection. Ending a listing does not delete the collection record.
Sellers must not ship until Marketplace payment is confirmed. After payment, sellers are responsible for secure packaging, timely shipment, accurate tracking, and responding to buyer or SSC support requests.
Sellers are responsible for applicable taxes, legal obligations, and the accuracy of claims about authenticity, grading, condition, provenance, and ownership.
This Marketplace policy works together with Southern Starr's general website terms, privacy policy, and applicable payment-provider terms.
