Buyers should first use the Marketplace support-case process for item-not-received, not-as-described, counterfeit, damaged-item, or refund concerns.
SSC may review Marketplace records, listing information, communications supplied to support, shipping/tracking evidence, photographs, and payment-provider status when assisting with a case.
Refunds and payment disputes remain subject to the payment provider’s rules and final processing authority where applicable.
Opening an SSC support case does not guarantee a refund or a particular outcome. Decisions depend on the available evidence, applicable policies, and payment-provider requirements.
