Refund & Return Policy

Contact SSC promptly through the published support channel if an order arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from its listing. Keep the item, packaging, and shipping materials while the request is reviewed.
Authorization
Returns must be authorized before shipment. Items should be returned in the condition received and with included packaging or accessories. Unauthorized or altered returns may be refused where permitted by law.
Collectibles and final-sale items
Opened sealed products, randomized products, personalized goods, completed grading services, digital products, and items identified as final sale may be nonreturnable except when required by law or when the item was damaged, incorrect, or materially misdescribed.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method after inspection. Payment providers and financial institutions control posting time. Original or return shipping charges are refundable only when stated, required by law, or approved because of SSC error.
