SSC Vault & Public Sharing Terms

Effective version: August 23, 2026.

SSC Vault lets account holders organize collectible information and images. You are responsible for the accuracy of manually entered records and for maintaining appropriate account security.

No appraisal or authentication

A Vault record does not establish ownership, authenticity, condition, grade, or monetary value. SSC verification information applies only when expressly attached to an official SSC certification record.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit and grant SSC a limited license to store, process, resize, display, and transmit it as necessary to operate the Vault and features you choose.

Public sharing

Items remain private unless you make them public. By publishing an item, you confirm that you have the right to share its images and information and authorize public display and social-link previews. Private notes, contact details, addresses, and account-security information are not included on the public item page.

Making an item private disables its SSC public page, but SSC cannot recall screenshots, social posts, cached previews, or copies previously made by others.

Removal

SSC may restrict or remove unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or security-threatening content. Account and collection records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy and as reasonably required for security, disputes, transactions, and legal obligations.
