Marketplace Prohibited Items Policy
Version 1.0 — Marketplace Beta
Counterfeit, fraudulent, stolen, illegally obtained, or knowingly misrepresented items are prohibited.
Listings that infringe intellectual-property rights or falsely claim grading, authentication, certification, signatures, provenance, rarity, variations, or ownership are prohibited.
Items prohibited by applicable law, payment-provider rules, carrier rules, or SSC Marketplace policy may not be listed.
SSC may hold, restrict, or remove a listing while reviewing a credible report. Repeated or serious violations may result in suspension or termination of Marketplace privileges.
This Marketplace policy works together with Southern Starr's general website terms, privacy policy, and applicable payment-provider terms.
