SSC Marketplace Terms & Conditions

Version 1.0 — Marketplace Beta

Southern Starr Marketplace provides a venue for eligible users to list, discover, buy, and sell collectible items. Unless a listing specifically identifies Southern Starr/SSC as the seller, the transaction is between the buyer and the independent seller.

Users must provide accurate information, comply with applicable law, follow all Marketplace policies, and use the payment and order workflow provided by the Marketplace.

SSC may review, restrict, suspend, end, or remove listings or Marketplace access when reasonably necessary for policy enforcement, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or protection of users and the platform.

Marketplace fees, subscription benefits, promotional allowances, and service features may be changed prospectively. Applicable charges are shown before the relevant transaction or purchase.

Payment processing and certain disputes are handled through the connected payment provider. Provider terms may also apply.

SSC does not guarantee a collectible’s future value, investment performance, resale price, or market liquidity. Grading, authentication, certification, or verification claims apply only when expressly stated.

This Marketplace policy works together with Southern Starr's general website terms, privacy policy, and applicable payment-provider terms.
