Southern Starr Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern use of Southern Starr Productions and Southern Starr Collectibles websites, accounts, collector tools, grading services, commerce features, and related services (“SSC Services”). By creating an account or using an SSC Service, you agree to these Terms and any service-specific terms that apply.
Accounts
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and activity performed through your account. SSC may restrict or suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, attempts to bypass service limits, or violations of these Terms.
Service availability
Features may be added, changed, suspended, or discontinued. Beta features may contain errors or change before general release. SSC will make reasonable efforts to protect customer data and maintain service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Payments
Prices, shipping, taxes, subscriptions, grading charges, and other fees shown at checkout apply to the transaction. Paid memberships renew automatically as described in the Collector Membership Terms until canceled.
User content
You retain ownership of photographs and information you submit. You grant SSC a limited license to store, process, resize, display, and transmit that content as necessary to provide the SSC Services you request.
Prohibited conduct
You may not misuse SSC Services, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, submit unlawful content, impersonate others, manipulate benefits or credits, or use automated methods that materially disrupt the service.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SSC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
SSC may update these Terms. Material changes may require account holders to accept a new version before continuing affected services.
